The policies listed below govern XCEL Cue Sports match play. With few exceptions, matches will be governed by the World Standardized Rules published by the World Pool-Billiard Association.  In case of a conflict between the policies of XCEL Cue Sports and the World Standardized Rules, the policies of XCEL Cue Sports shall take priority.
