Player Annual Registration Fees

1. XCEL’s annual registration fees are $10.00 plus any applicable sanctioning organization fees, currently $15.00 for ACS.
2. All unsanctioned players must pay their sanction fees by the fourth week of the session to avoid being dropped from the team roster.
3. Unsanctioned players joining a team after the fourth week of the session must pay their sanction fees on the first night they are added to the team roster.

Team Weekly Fees

1. Weekly fees are a team responsibility.
2. Teams are responsible for the entire amount even if playing shorthanded.
3. Weekly Fee shortages will be charged to the team’s payback.
4. Team’s that fall below a $0 payback will be suspended until their balance is above $0.
5. Teams under suspension will be charged with forfeits of all scheduled matches until the suspension is lifted.
6. Weekly fees may be adjusted at the beginning of any session.

Check Policy

1. Checks must be made payable to either David Truelove or XCEL Cue Sports.
2.  Returned check fees are $30.00.

Team and Individual Paybacks

1. Each team receives a cash award based on their finish in the division.
2. All team awards are presented to the team captain for distribution to the team members.
3. Each team is responsible for dividing the payback award among its members.
4. The top shooter in each division receives an Individual award of $75.00.  Divisions must have a minimum of 6 teams and play a minimum of 12 weeks.  Individuals must play a minimum of 2/3 of the team’s scheduled matches to qualify.

Prize Fund Deductions

1. Any monies owed XCEL by a team or individual at the conclusion of a session will be deducted from that team’s cash award before any prizes are awarded.
